Hegel Solar adalah sebuah merek alat pemanas air tenaga surya di Indonesia yang diproduksi oleh perusahaan PT Hegel Ecotech Indonesia.[1] Perusahaan tersebut bergerak dalam bidang pemanas air tenaga surya.[2] Hegel Solar didirikan oleh Alvin Chong sejak tahun 2017.[3][4]

Hegel Solar didirikan oleh Alvin Chong sejak tahun 2017. Nama brand hegel terinsiprasi dengan sosok Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel seorang tokoh yang sangat terkenal dalam idealisme Jerman dan salah satu pendiri filsafat barat modern. Nama-nama tokoh dari Jerman pada umumnya indentik dengan teknologi yang berpengaruh di dunia, maka digagas sebuah nama brand dengan nama Hegel Solar.[5]
